What is included in the management fee? +
Everything needed to run your campaigns properly — strategy, campaign builds, keyword and audience management, ad copy, bid adjustments, conversion tracking oversight, monthly reporting and direct access to ask questions whenever you need to. Nothing is extra.
How long before I see results from Google Ads? +
Most accounts start showing meaningful data within 4 to 8 weeks. Smart Bidding strategies usually reach their stride at months 2 to 3 once there is enough conversion data. Larger budgets gather data faster and generally see results sooner. You will get a realistic timeline during the initial consultation based on your specific situation.
What minimum ad spend do you recommend for NZ businesses? +
For Search campaigns in moderate-competition industries, $1,500 NZD per month in ad spend is a practical minimum. More competitive categories like legal, finance or trade services typically need $3,000 or more to compete effectively. If your intended budget is unlikely to generate meaningful results, I will say so upfront rather than take it on anyway.

Yes. I work with clients across all of New Zealand and in Australia. Everything is managed remotely — strategy, optimisation, reporting and communication all happen online. Most of my longest-running client relationships are with businesses I have never met in person.
